Warranty Policy

Magic care warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for all products produced by 3DMakerpro. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. You can visit our website's after-service policy for more information about repair, exchange, and returns.

Warranty Period

At 3DMakerpro, we offer lifetime support and limited warranty for different products varying on the materials, workmanship, usage rate, and availability of the spare parts for each product. Details as below:

Technical support will examine and identify the problem and responsibility; 3DMakerpro will cover all the test cost, labor cost and delivery fee when sending the replacement product to customers if it is a quality problem.

 

If the product is deemed not to be covered by this warranty, consumers are responsible for shipping cost when sending their product(s) back if the permission is granted by 3DMakerpro, and we will contact customer to accept the repair cost, or on its option, have the product returned back to the customer;

How to Get Warranty Services?

Once you have decided to apply for an after-sale service, please email service@3dmakerpro.com for further instructions.

*We only provide refund service for orders from 3DMakerpro Official Store  https://store.3dmakerpro.com/. We do not support refund service for orders from third-party websites or stores, and we suggest you contact your original seller.

 

After-Sales Service

For after-sales services such as return/exchange/warranty, if it is not the fault of the scanner itself, 3DMakerpro will not bear the transportation cost, and if it needs to be returned to China, 3DMakerpro will not bear the possible taxes.

At the same time if the customer doesn't want/the customer directly rejects the package or return for personal reasons after delivery (must be in original condition), you may need to bear the bill of shipping and return fee of the package sent by the seller.

Part I General Terms

The limited warranty policy described below applies to all products purchased directly from 3DMakerpro or authorized vendors. To check the warranty period, please keep your original proof, like a receipt, invoice, or sales order. If the order proof is missing or unable to be provided, feel free to contact 3DMakerpro support for the backup solution; you may need to pay extra money to get the after-sales service. Part II Refund Policies

What is covered when requesting a refund

  1. Manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the day of receiving the Product.
  2. The actual products are different from the original description within 7 calendar days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the purchasing date.
  3. Product damaged during the transit, which was found in the presence of the couriers or immediately unpacked and reported when received the Product;
  4. Missing accessories/contents within 7 calendar days of receiving the Product.

The request of a refund will be rejected if

  1. The damage sustained in transit of the Product is not immediately reported when received the Product;
  2. The refund request is made beyond 7 calendar days (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations) of the day of receiving the Product.;
  3. The Product has been tampered with, or there is evidence of an unauthorized modification or disassembling.
  4. Original accessories attachments, specifications, and packaging box are incomplete, missing, or appearance is scratched or other visible damage caused by human negligence.
  5. Legal proof of purchase like receipt or sales order are unable to provide or have been forged or tampered with;
  6. Crash or burn caused by non-manufacturing defects, or any damage caused by unauthorized modification, or entry of foreign matters (liquid, dust, sand, etc.);
  7. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof tags, false proof marks, etc. were tampered with or altered;
  8. Failure and damage caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strikes, etc.
  9. A product has yet to be sent out in (7) calendar days after warranty service confirmation from 3DMakerpro.

Virtual Product Refund Policy

All sales are final for virtual products. Once sold, virtual products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 How long will it take to receive a refund?

      Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. In some instances, up to 30 business days will be taken.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please give it 24 hours before rechecking your bank account if you have yet to receive a refund. If the issue continues, you should contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The next thing to do is to contact your bank. Often processing impedes the transfer of funds.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, Specials items cannot be refunded.

What is covered when you request a replacement

  1. Manufacturing defects within the warranty period (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations).
  2. The actual products are not matched the original description within the warranty period.
  3. Product has been damaged in transit, which was found in the presence of the couriers or immediately unpacked and reported when receiving the product;

  2. The request for a refund is made beyond the warranty period (the actual date may vary according to local laws and regulations).;
  3. Original accessory attachments, specifications, and packaging boxes are incomplete, missing, or cosmetic damage caused by human negligence.
  4. Legal proof of purchase like receipt or sales order unable to be provided, or have been forged or tampered;
  5. No quality issues in itself were found after the examination from 3DMakerpro Technical Support;
  6. Crash or burn caused by non-manufacturing defects, or any damage caused by unauthorized modification, or entry of foreign matters (liquid, dust, sand, etc.);
  7. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof tag, false proof mark, etc. were tampered or altered;
  8. Failure and damaged caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, lighting strikes and etc.
  9. A product has yet to be sent out in (7) calendar days after warranty service confirmation from 3DMakerpro.

 

Part IV warranty service policies

What is covered when request a warranty service

  1. The quality issue is caused by the manufacturing defects or loss in normal usage or followed the official instructions during warranty period.
  2. Product has been damaged in the transit, which was found in the presence of the couriers or immediately unpacked and reported when received the product;

 

The request of a warranty service will be reject if

  1. The product is no longer covered under warranty period.
  2. The product which did not operate or installation at environmental, mechanical or electrical requirements;
  3. Any malfunction resulted from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
  4. Any malfunction resulted from improper installation, incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.;
  5. Any malfunction resulted from unauthorized circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of the battery or ger.;
  6. Any malfunction reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  7. Labels, Serial Numbers, waterproof tag, false proof mark, etc. were tampered or altered;
  8. Failure and damaged caused by force majeure, including fire, flood, earthquake, lighting strikes and etc;
  9. A product has not been sent out in (7) calendar days after warranty service confirmation from 3DMakerpro
