Too soon to tell for certain but so far (two scans) the Fox scanner has performed well especially compared to my Creality Lizard from several years ago.
The scanner works great at capturing the fine details. Just watch the distance curves...
Easy to use but the cable sucks 😂 But overall a great 3d scanner. For me it was a great choice. Is there no way to get a 2 way cable only Usb-c? :D
I Got the Scanner and installed everything. At the beginning, i thought it didn't work, but after one E-Mail with the Support, i found out that the Problem was the Camera restrictions in Win Security! Now it works brilliantly.You get a great Scanner for not that much Money!
And the Support from 3DMakerPro is fast and extremely helpful!
I recommend the Fox for everyone who can't or won't pay hundreds for a "Professional" Scanner.
Werkt goed en ziet er degelijk uit.
Wil hem gebruiken voor het inmeten van tuinen.
Weet nog niet precies hoe ik het moet aanpakken en de data moet verwerken voor het beste resultaat.
Maar het ziet er veelbelovend uit.
Didn't work much with it yet. Experience so far: sometimes it looses tracking, sometimes GNSS-Syncronisation takes several attempts. Else excellent work for the money.
I'm glad I bought the scanner from this Company.
I recommend it to everyone.

This works great, really good scans, good quality. The issue is the file transfer to your PC is a huge pain, it makes no sense, not user friendly at all. If you use it all the time you'll get it down and remember what you have to do. If you don't, then you will go in circles trying to get it connected to your PC.
Lo uso per rilievi di edifici e aree esterne.
All'interno ha qualche problema con gli ambienti piccoli e quasi sempre va in deriva. All'esterno funziona bene ma ci sono ancora problemi con il modulo RTK (anche dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento e con profili NTRIP a pagamento), sia in fase di rilievo che in fase di elaborazione, le coordinate non sono precise (errore di 1-2 metri), mentre la quota è totalmente inesatta (circa 100 m di errore).
Da migliorare anche il software Raystudio e l'interfaccia con jimumeta per la pubblicazione di tour panoramici che ad oggi ancora non so come caricare.
Per il resto è un buon prodotto

New to 3 d printing and scanning , I have managed to scan some of my daughters reptile bowls , they have scanned and printed fine, took a while to get used to the software , the scanner was a good price
