During the Moose pre-sale period (March 28-April 28), the license key will be delivered via email within 2-7 days. We appreciate your understanding.

We will send the license key to you via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide when placing your order is correct.
Can I get a refund?
If we have not delivered the license key, you can apply for a refund. However, if we have already sent you the license key (regardless of whether it has been activated or not), it does not meet the conditions for a refund.
Does it support simultaneous use of multiple computers?
No,one license only supports activating one device.
Can the license activate the new system after changing computers or reinstalling the system?
Yes, but you need to deactivate your license before changing your computer or reinstalling the system.
