3DMakerpro X Nanyang Technological University

From November 7^th-9^th, 2024, 3DMakerpro served as a key sponsor for Nanyang Polytechnic and was invited to participate in an exhibition at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Additionally, on November 8th, we attended the NTU's Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) 10th Anniversary “Open House,” celebrating this significant milestone.

During the exhibition, our Global Marketing Director, Tianshi Yuwen, showcased the advanced Moose and Seal series scanners to school leaders, professors, staff, students, corporate partners, and representatives from Singapore and other Southeast Asian embassies. The audience expressed great interest in our products.

 

The Moose series is designed for medium-format objects, featuring a scanning range of 15-1500mm and blue light AI tracking. The Seal series caters to small-format objects, offering an impressive accuracy of 0.01mm and a resolution of 0.05mm-- superior to most scanners available on the market. All models provide color imaging.

Integrating 3D Scanning into STEM Education

We are actively enhancing the role of 3D scanning in education by integrating 3DMakerpro's advanced scanning technology into the STEM curriculum. This initiative promotes hands-on learning, stimulates creativity and critical thinking, and allows students to explore the intersection of science, technology, engineering, and math. Simultaneously, it enables educators to engage students in innovative ways, updating teaching methods and making classroom interactions more enjoyable.

 

 

Significance of the Activity

This event provided valuable insights into the Southeast Asian market, enabling us to refine our strategies for market development. It also facilitated the strategic collaboration between 3DMakerpro and SC3DP. We will use our partnership with Nanyang Technological University as a benchmark case and continue to deepen and expand our presence in the education sector.
